In mandatory management, ProLitteris licenses private uses in schools and organizations (CT 7 and CT 8) and other uses permitted by law (CT 5, CT 10, CT 13). In addition, voluntary collective management covers works of art (Art sector) and literary works in radio and TV broadcasts (Audio sector). Extended collective licenses are also available.
With a license from ProLitteris, you ensure that you or your organization complies with copyright (compliance). All royalties are transparent and governed under supervision in a tariff.
Internal uses in teaching and in professional activities. The applicable rules are the common tariffs: CT 7 and CT 8.
For artists whose rights ProLitteris manages, we can grant licenses for use in print, digital, or online media. Team Art is responsible and manages the Art tariff.
ProLitteris can license the use of large quantities of works, provided that any impairment of normal management is excluded. The offering of extended collective licenses is continuously being expanded.
Copies of works in the inventory of a memory institution can be used legally if ProLitteris grants a license based on Common Tariff 13 (CT 13).
